| "Back to normal at Last"
"What a super product. I've used it twice a day and can already feel more awareness of the pelvic floor muscles. I've had disturbed bladder nerve sensation since a very serious attack of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease in January which also left me with an almost complete inability to achieve orgasm. I've made great strides in both departments this week alone!! Thank you!
I've always assumed my pelvic floor would be strong as my babies weren't delivered naturally, but until I used the PelvicToner, I didn't realize quite how much more supported my 'gyne bits' should feel.
Interestingly, since I've become aware of the pelvic floor muscles using the PelvicToner, I've found that I can now tighten them (albeit in a less controlled way) as I go about my daily routine as and when I remember, and in doing so, seem to be becoming increasingly 'tuned in' to the sexy sensations that produces...much to my boyfriend's delight!"

What does my Pelvic Floor do?
Your pelvic floor is one of the most important muscle groups in your body. Not only is it crucial in supporting your pelvic and abdominal organs, but its the muscle group that keeps your bladder and bowels closed during everyday activities. When its working the way it should, it contracts when you cough, sneeze, or exercise, preventing urine, faeces, and gas from escaping.
Your pelvic muscles are also critical for intimate contact during sex. Good muscle tone will increase blood flow and nerve endings in the vaginal area, leading to more frequent orgasms of greater intensity. Tighter muscles will help restore your vagina to the state it was in before childbirth and improve contact with your partner something thats great for both of you.
What is a PELVIC FLOOR Exercise?
Your pelvic floor muscle is like any other muscle if it doesnt get exercise, itll become weak. Pregnancy, ageing, illness, lack of exercise, and weight gain can all contribute to weaken your Pelvic Floor. The good news is that like other muscles, if given proper exercise, your Pelvic Floor will do what its supposed to do. Even the weakest pelvic floor can be tightened up, if you use right methods.
What are the benefits of PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISES?
Youll see all kinds of benefits below, but theres a catch: In order to realize these benefits, Kegel Exercises have to be done the right way, with the right equipment. If you do them improperly, theyll not only be ineffective, but they might even harm you.

Cure Incontinence: |
|
In 1948, Dr. Arnold Kegel made the amazing discovery that pelvic floor exercises worked as a treatment option for women suffering from stress incontinence. This groundbreaking discovery revolutionized womens medicine, and today doctors have found that for suitable candidates, regular Kegel exercises, done properly, have an 80% cure rate. |

 |
Enhance Core Stability: |
|
If your pelvic floor is weak, other muscles have to compensate for them, causing a loss of balance, leading to poor posture. Any physiotherapist knows the benefits of having good core stability, so when your pelvic floor is weak, the rest of your body suffers. The PelvicToner takes the strain off other muscles by equalizing the stress on core muscle groups. |

Longer, More Intense Orgasm: |
|
Even more exciting, what very few people know is that later, in 1952, Dr. Kegel published more stunning research that Kegel exercises can profoundly improve your sex life! Heres what he discovered: |
Observations in [more than 3,000 women,] both parous (child-bearing) and nulliparous (non-child-bearing)..., ranging in age from 16 to 74 years, have led to the conclusion that sexual feeling within the vagina is closely related to muscle tone, and can be improved through muscle education and resistive exercise
78 of 123 women complaining explicitly of sexual deficits achieved orgasm following the training.

Do you remember what it used to be like?
Imagine regaining the intensity you once had in love making!
Take back Control of Your Life: You know better than anyone else the kinds of problems you face when you want to do the little things you used to take for granted walking, jogging, going on outings, doing spontaneous things on the spur of the moment. Can you remember the freedom you used to have? Imagine the freedom and control you can have again!
Improve Your Self-Confidence: Lets face it, when you have to worry about leaking when you laugh, or avoiding lovemaking because you might have to fake an orgasm, it doesnt do much for self-confidence. Can you remember what it was like to go anywhere, anytime you wanted, with a sense of self-confidence that people noticed? Imagine holding your head high again, exuding a newfound self-confidence!
As groundbreaking as Dr. Kegels discoveries are, people often forget that Kegel exercises need to be done properly to be effective. You may have heard some women say theyve tried Kegel exercises and have seen no benefit. In most cases, its for one simple reason they arent doing the exercises the right way! The PelvicToner helps you to get the full benefit of Kegel exercises gently, safely, and effectively!
You Need Resistance: Contrary to some unqualified opinions, its pointless to simply squeeze against thin air. Remember, your Pelvic floor is a muscle like any other, and just like any other, youll need resistance if you want to strengthen it. Take another look at Dr. Kegels medical findings above. See where he recommended resistive exercise? Simply put, that means you have to squeeze against resistance.
|
Dr Sarah Brewer, renowned sex health expert and Medical Director of The Academy of Sex and Relationships says:
People understand that to improve muscle its no good just lifting our arms in the air no matter how many repetitions we do. In many ways, we have failed women ever since by not telling them how to do these exercises correctly. The secret as identified by Kegel is to improve muscle tone by exercising against resistance.
|
The PelvicToner is a registered medical device proven to strengthen poorly-toned pelvic floor muscles gently, safely, and effectively. The PelvicToner supplies just the right amount of pressure, and you can adjust the pressure as your muscles get stronger!
Exercise the Right Muscles: Its pointless and potentially dangerous to exercise the wrong muscles. If you do, you'll put even more pressure on your internal organs and risk injury. Simply squeezing your pelvic floor without resistance is not only ineffective, but could even be dangerous!
The PelvicToner progressive resistance vaginal exerciser lets you identify and isolate the right muscles in the pelvic floor. Squeezing against the targeted resistance of the PelvicToner makes your exercises safe and effective, because the PelvicToner only closes when you squeeze the right muscles, so you can't get it wrong!
Clinical Evidence: Heres the clincher. Its all very well to talk about how well the PelvicToner works, but its another thing to see documented evidence.
|
Heres Dr. Brewer again:
Clinical research shows the PelvicToner increases the strength of pelvic floor exercises by 28%, and improves resting pelvic muscle tone by almost 10%. As a result, four out of five women report increased sexual satisfaction.
|
Thats not all
Clinical research shows the PelvicToner increases the strength of pelvic floor exercises by 28%, and improves resting pelvic muscle tone by almost 10%. In fact, according to a 2007 user survey:
 |
87% of PelvicToner users reported improved bladder control within 4 weeks |
 |
80% of PelvicToner users reported an improved sex life within 4 weeks |
 |
Multiple clinical studies in Europe and the US reach the same conclusion! |
 |
See the British Medical Journal research |
 |
See the US research |
 |
Over 50,000 European women cant be wrong! Thats how many women own a PelvicToner in the UK alone! |

What women say about the
PelvicToner

"I avoided prolapse surgery"
"Five years ago at the age of 37 I had a hysterectomy and vaginal repair due to a severe uterine prolapse and a cystocele (bladder prolapsing into the vagina). All was well for four and half years and then I started to experience a familiar feeling of dragging into the vagina. I visited my gynaecologist who confirmed that the top of the vagina was once again descending into the lower part of the vagina and sooner or later I would need further surgery.
I am a busy mum of four boys and have a part time job. There was no way I could afford the time off work and the family. I was feeling very despondent. I came across an article in the February edition of Good Housekeeping about the Pelvictoner and Femetone. I went onto the websites of each. I decided to try the Pelvictoner as it was affordable and seemed the better option.
I have been using my Pelvictoner for four weeks now and already there had been a noticeable difference. I can go for long walks, and do not feel any dragging in the vagina. I have also noticed that I don't need to visit the toilet so often. At a recent visit to the doctors, it was confirmed there was an improvement. The Pelvictoner is simple to use, you just need 15 minutes a day to achieve incredible results. I believe that if I continue to exercise my pelvic floor muscles with the pelvic toner, surgery will not be necessary and that I will also prevent any future bladder problems."
Heather W, Surrey March 2007

"I love the freedom to enjoy
days out!"
"We always like Blackpool for our holidays and it has become a family joke because I have all the toilets mapped out there so once I felt the need, I knew where to pop in to. But I always carried a spare pair of knickers and a couple of towels in my handbag. I never went anywhere without them for about ten years.
When I woke up in the morning, as long as I lay in bed I was all right. But the minute I touched the floor I had to rush straight to the toilet, and sometimes I was leaking before I got there. That used to cause me real distress. My husband used to say 'Nobody knows about it but me' but it was still distressing and depressing.
Now, if I go on holiday and want to keep up with my exercises, this little gadget is so neat that I can pop it in my handbag and nobody would know it is there. We went on holiday to Whitby, Yorkshire, to celebrate my birthday. I went to the toilet at 8.15 a.m. before we left the house and it was 2.15 pm before I went to the toilet again in our hotel room. When I told my daughter, she couldn't believe it. She said 'Mam, you have never been able to go that long before'. I said 'I'm just thrilled to bits!'."
On Saturday, we went to York for the day, and I had no problems whatsoever. It is incredible that such a little gadget can make such a difference to my life. It's unbelievable."
(Interview by Clare Dover for Yours Health)

"Observations in more than 3,000 women ranging in age from 16 to 74 years have led to the conclusion that sexual feeling within the vagina is closely related to muscle tone, and can be improved through muscle education and resistive exercise."
The pelvic floor muscles begin to weaken from the mid 20s onwards, then further with every child you give birth to and again after the menopause. This dulls sexual sensation for both partners.
The benefits of exercises are better circulation, increased sensitivity and improved orgasmic potential.
Satisfied Customer:
Spontaneous comment from a satisfied and surprised customer using the PelvicToner to help her stress incontinence:
"Wow! It certainly improves your
sex life!"

"Well - I must say it is working - I was sceptical to say the least but had an incontinence problem caused by horrific cough lasting 8 months and quite bad.
Doing the exercises 4 times has already started to change it. Great stuff. I am sooo happy (still coughing though!)"
Extract from an interview in Woman's Own

"Since my surgery, sex was different for me. I could feel the scarring and my pelvic floor muscles were weaker, causing stress incontinence.
My fiance has been fantastic - understanding and gentle. But when a friend told me about a little gadget called the PelvicToner, it sounded as if it could help.
The PelvicToner is a cylindrical-shaped device with a rounded top, divided through the middle, rather like hair tongs.
You insert it into the vagina to help isolate the pelvic-floor muscles, using resistance to provide a mini-workout. As your pelvic-floor muscles get stronger, you increase the resistance.
I've been using it for less than a month and I can already feel the difference in strength and tone. My fiance calls the exercises pelvic push-ups!
My nightly workout has improved sensation for both of us - and I look on it as a kind of preparation for sex!
I can hardly believe the way things have changed for me in the last two years. I have my health back, my own business, a gorgeous man, and a fantastic sex life. I must be the luckiest woman in the world!"
